ABOUT US
We are a small family business which was started by Philip and Margaret Snell in 1977, our two sons Andrew and John, have now joined us. Over the years we have concentrated on the building of new homes locally, while occasionally taking on the conversion of barns. Our reputation is very important to us and we pride ourselves in good quality and personal service. We believe all our developments are of the highest quality and demonstrate the time, effort and attention to detail employed by not only the management at P A Snell & Sons, but the highly skilled work force.

All our properties are covered by the NHBC Buildmark Cover Warranty. The Buildmark Warranty is valid for 10 years. Any defects in your new home, during the first two years after legal completion, are the responsibility of the house builder. From 3 to 10 years you have the reassurance of knowing your home is covered by the NHBC.
