Our Past Projects

As a family run business we place a great deal of emphasis on the standard of our workmanship and ultimately the quality of our finished homes.  We feel that all of our previous developments reflect this standard and quality and should you visit any of these sites we are sure you will agree.  Here are a selection of some of the developments that we have undertaken during previous years.

Plots 8-10 exterior cropped.JPG

St John's Close, Silsden

This picturesque development of three bedroomed cottages is conveniently located across from Silsden Beck within the Silsden conservation area.

Holme Lane, Cross Hills

This exclusive development consisted of five attractive properties superbly located on the level in Cross Hills village centre with all local amenities nearby.

Maple Avenue, Oakworth

This popular development consisted of 29 natural stone built semi-detached and detached homes.

Garden House, 23a, Curly Hill, Ilkley

Situated in the prestigious area of Middleton, Ilkley. This individual modern new stone built home offered excellent family accommodation set out over 3 floors, a detached double garage and paved and landscaped garden to the front and back. A very high standard of specification, as associated with the area, is included in this property.

91 & 91A Skipton Rd, Silsden

This development of one new detached property (91a) and the complete renovation & extension of 91 Skipton Rd was very sought after and was built to a very high specification and standard.

Hainsworth House Farm, Silsden

Six out of the nine properties on this development were built out of old delph stone and along with the conversion of three former farm buildings, finished off the development along Hainsworth Road with a more traditional feel.

 The Corner Stones, Addingham

Three substantial detached properties built out of natural new stone.  This small development provided three quality private dwellings.

Kingfisher Brook & The Mallards, Silsden

These two sites along Hainsworth House Farm transformed this former farm and derelict area, and completed the development, started by Foster & Riley, of the Hainsworth Road area.  The sites included 42 three & four bedroomed new natural stone built properties of different design.  Again, we are very happy with how these sites turned out.

Grassington Park, Grassington.

This site was the former Grassington Hospital, and careful planning together with the national park and the planning authority was required in order to maximise the potential of such a significant and sensitive area.  The development was for three superior detached homes of substantial design, size and quality, and the restoration and conversion of a former out building.  We are very proud to have constructed such a quality development.

Norwood Park, Ilkley

A outstanding development in this prestigious area of Ilkley which involved the demolition of the outstanding but ageing Norwood House.  We were compelled to restore this site to it's former prominence and we feel that with the mixture of the new and retained properties we achieved this.

The Croft, Threshfield

Situated not far from Grassington, this charming development, of detached and semi-detached homes, was built out of local materials from the local quarry.

Ghyll Wood, Ilkley

Situated near to the renowned beauty spot, Hebers Ghyll, this impressive site was planned to accomodate four luxuriously appointed bungalows which were enhanced by the quiet woodland setting.
